Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our pre-launch waitlist, partner verification, and escrow protection.

What is Domiverse?

Domiverse ("One Platform. Every Need.") is a verified-vendor marketplace with escrow protection. Customers buy products from verified vendors, hire verified service providers, and pay into escrow — payment is released only when delivery or job completion is confirmed.

We are currently onboarding partners and building our pre-launch waitlist so the marketplace opens with verified businesses and real listings. Join the waitlist and we will email you as we prepare to open. No specific launch date is promised.

Yes. Joining the customer waitlist and completing partner onboarding (creating your business profile, adding product or service listings, and submitting for verification) are completely free.

When you buy a product or book a service on Domiverse at launch, your payment is held securely in escrow rather than sent directly to the seller. Once you receive your order or confirm the service has been delivered as agreed, the funds are released to the vendor or service provider.

Yes. Domiverse uses one account for every role. A single account can shop as a customer, sell products as a vendor, and offer services as a service provider — you never need to register twice.

Every business partner must upload a valid government-issued ID (NIN slip, voter’s card, international passport, or driver’s licence). You may also optionally upload a CAC registration certificate (for registered businesses), a professional licence or certificate (for regulated services), and proof of address.

Domiverse complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. Passwords are encrypted with argon2id and never emailed or logged. Verification documents are stored in a private, encrypted bucket accessible only to authorised Domiverse verification reviewers through short-lived links.
